In 2015 Fender introduced the dual-channel Bassman 500, combining Fender’s world-standard "blackface" tube preamp with a lightweight 500 watt Class D power amp and a wealth of innovative features on the front and rear panels. Fender released the Bassman 800 bass amp head. It is a Baja Tele, made in Mexico but designed in US by Fender Custom shop. We replaced the bridge with a Callaham bridge for increased sustain. We also installed 6105 frets allowing more bends and shakes due to highher action. This Super Reverb and Baja Tele cost together less than a blackface Deluxe Reverb.
